L270 Albino Chocolate Zebra Pleco

This albino variant of the Chocolate Zebra Pleco is a strikingly contrasting specimen in any aquarium setting, whether it be a fully planted and aquascaped masterpiece, a blacked-out breeding setup in need of a carnivorous detritivore, or a specter-like aberration in a fun, fluorescent Glo-in-the-dark tank.

The ghostly Hypancistrus will stay smaller than other pleco species such as the Adonis, Pterygoplichthys, and Pseudocanthicus, maxing out at 3-5 inches in captivity. Being a Hypan. cat, the L270 pleco will appreciate high flow (not required) and a varied diet skewed towards higher protein as well as moderate to high water temperature.
