Once your order has been placed we will review the order & start preparing the shipment (can take up to 1-2 business days and ship out with delivery confirmation send to your e-mail (Depends which shipping option you choose please see below shipping method)

We may delay any live shipment incase of extreme weather 

For certain fish we can only ship to states that is legal to have we may cancel your order if you have mistakenly placed the order.

• Axolotl are illegal to own in California, Maine, New Jersey, Virginia and D.C. Permit is required in New Mexico and Hawaii
• Stingray are illegal to own in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma ,Texas and Utah

Currently we only ship within the US, we do not ship internationally.

Delivers next business day around 10:30am -12pm 
Saturday delivery option is available upon request

Southwest Cargo (For larger order / high value order): 
Available for pick up at our cargo same or next day

UPS GROUND / FEDEX GOUND  / USPS PIRORITY:
Delivers in 2-7 business days
